The accommodation Modern design meets cozy atmosphere: The newly renovated 3-room apartment on the first floor is bright, fully equipped and furnished with great attention to detail – a stylish retreat full of sunshine. Located right next to Leonberg city park, the LEO-Center with many shops, bakery and butcher is within walking distance. Stuttgart can be reached in just a few minutes by S-Bahn. Bus lines 92 and 640 connect you directly to destinations such as the University of Stuttgart, Schloss Solitude, Bärensee or Rotebühlplatz. Highlights: Master bedroom with double bed, lots of storage and space for a baby travel bed (on request) Second bedroom with single bed and small work desk Bright living room with cozy sitting area, books, board games and dining table for up to 6 people Fully equipped kitchen incl. spices, coffee, tea and basic groceries for arrival Private washer-dryer in the apartment Guest access Private parking space directly at the house (number provided upon arrival) Shared laundry room in the basement Bicycle storage available Other notes All rooms are bright and full of sunlight – perfect for relaxing I am available via mobile during your stay and happy to help with any questions or special requests On request I am glad to help with travel planning and give tips for excursions in the area
