I started with my first holiday apartment in 2022 and I really enjoy it.

Property information

Welcome to EasyHood in the high-quality 50m² accommodation in the "Kupferdreh" district of Essen. -> Cozy double bed -> Nespresso machine -> Game console switch -> Kitchenette -> washing machine -> Outdoor terrace with 15m² -> 30 minutes walk to the beautiful Baldeneysee -> Underfloor heating -> pleasantly tempered rooms even in summer -> Baby cot to provide The beautiful 50m² 2-room apartment in an absolutely quiet location not only shines with great equipment. The accommodation with its own entrance is located in a 2 family house and was newly built in 2022. Ventilation is via a modern heat pump heating system, which keeps the room temperature pleasantly cool in summer. The fully equipped kitchenette with induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and microwave invites you to cook. The accommodation is furnished to a high standard and has a comfortable double bed and a comfortable seat at the bar table. The Smart TV lets you relax with Netflix or gamble with the Switch. The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower and underfloor heating. Fresh towels and bathroom utensils are of course provided. The bedroom offers an additional opportunity to work undisturbed. All rooms can be completely darkened by the electric shutters. When the weather is nice, the outdoor area invites you to a cozy get-together on the terrace.

Neighbourhood information

The location of the apartment is also great. In the near vicinity you can take leisurely walks around the beautiful Baldeneysee or longer tours around the Ruhr.
