Holiday residence on the 2nd floor with a royal view of Königstein! The apartment is located directly on the market in the picturesque Königstein in Saxon Switzerland. The German House in Königstein was newly built in 2020 and is intended for all guests who are looking for an adventure in the beautiful Elbe Sandstone Mountains or who just want to enjoy a relaxed break with a view like August the Strong.
The apartment has 2 rooms with a kitchenette in the spacious living area and a large bathroom. The rooms have been designed by an interior designer. All furniture is made of solid oak wood. Both the living room and the bedroom have a TV. The breathtaking view of the Elbe from the balcony allows hours of evenings with a glass of wine or a mug of beer. The market is right next door, there is a grocery store with all kinds of drinks and much more. In front of the front door is the free car park, bus stop and a 5-minute walk from the train station with the S1 to Dresden or the Elbe Sandstone Mountains.
