Hi, we are Cheney and Leo. We are in our late 30s/early 40s. We bought our beautiful flats in 2019 and spent some time renovating them. We currently live in Winterberg and we've just started renting out our flats ourselves. We hope to welcome you soon We will be always reachable by phone during your stay if you need us.

Property information

'Emmy' is located in Züschen, 10 minutes driving from Winterberg. It is on the ground floor and has its own separate entrance. There's a kitchen, bathroom with shower, bedroom, living room with sofa bed. From the living room, you have a wonderful unspoiled view of the surrounding hills. The apartment is well-equipped and modern with all the amenities you might need during your stay. There is a comfortable bedroom with a 180x200cm double bed. The sofa in the living room is a sofabed.

Neighbourhood information

Very green area with only a few small houses around it. Yet Supermarket, bank, and bakery are only a few minutes' walk away. The flat is 10 minutes driving from Winterberg. Walks start outside the doorstep.
