Heating is charged extra at €20/day in the period September 1st to May 31st and is already included in the daily rate.
In the period June 1st to August 31st, heating will be charged based on consumption at € 3/m³ gas. The exact amount will be calculated at check-out based on consumption, and it will be deducted from the deposit.

Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 15.0 per person or bring their own.

A damage deposit of € 200 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
