Spanning approximately 80 sqm over two floors, the semi-detached holiday home presents itself as an oasis of relaxation. A special highlight is the private sauna, which you can enjoy once per booking without any additional charge. Further use is available for a fee. The house exudes a warm atmosphere through its lovingly designed interior, completed with a specially furnished children's room and a spacious eat-in kitchen. Besides its tasteful interior, the house is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed, ensuring additional comfort and an allergy-friendly environment. The property is part of a quiet settlement with only five houses, emphasizing its exclusive location. The immediate proximity to an Edeka market ensures effortless self-catering. In the outdoor area, a garden with complete furniture and grill invites you to linger in the midst of nature.
