Arrive at home on time! Spend your holidays in our house with a 2000m² garden in an idyllic location in the middle of nature, between Ulm and Lake of Constance. The holiday home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms is ideal for relaxing days, which you can individually arrange with excursions to castles, adventure parks, skiing and hiking areas, spas, nature and culture. With great attention to detail, the house was completely renovated in 2018 and meets all modern standards. Ground floor: Modern fitted kitchen with a table for four people Dining room for up to eight people Cozy living room to relax Conservatory Bathroom with bathtub Separate toilet Small storage room with useful details such as vacuum cleaner, cleaning equipment and so on. Upstairs: Bedroom with two single beds, both can be transformed in a few steps to the double bed Two bedrooms with double bed Separate toilet Bathroom with shower wireless LAN available from March 1st 2019

Day trips and excursions in the area The castle ruins Marstetten, on the edge of Aitrach, with hiking trails of the hiking association Aitrach. Monastery Buxheim is a former monastery of the Carthusian and today's branch of the Salesian Don Bosco is located in Buxheim near Memmingen. The Swabian farm museum in Illerbeuren has been the first open-air museum of its kind since 1955. Sykline Park is a theme park near Bad-Wörishofen. The Legoland in Günzburg. The monastery Ottobeuren is a Benedictine abbey with a museum and a monastery shop. The monastery Rot an der Rot with its baroque church In the Automuseum Wolfegg you will find vintage and classic cars from the 60s to the 80s In addition to the old town, Memmingen offers many other attractions such as the Kreuzherrensaal, the Town Hall, the MEWO Kunsthalle and much more. Ochsenhausen with the monastery, the monastery church of St. Verena and the historical water hydraulic engineering trail of Krummbach. Barrows in the Illertal between Mooshausen and Tannheim.
