The non-smoking, thatched house was built in 1991 and is located just behind the entrance to the village of Kamminke. In the direct vicinity, you will find a restaurant, bus stop and the "Golm", Usedom's highest hill. The house is located not far from the Oder Haff, which invites you for a swim or a long walk.
Don't miss out on the freshly smoked fish from the marina's mole. For cyclists, there is a good network of cycle paths in the surrounding area. The fine grains of sand on the Baltic Beach and the "3 Imperial Spas" can be reached quickly in a car (around 15 km away).
