Property information

Holiday home Maxen not far from Dresden: The holiday home in the charming mountain village of Maxen is about 10 km from Dresden. The spacious garden property (fenced dog-proof) of about 800 m² is located on the outskirts and is protected from view. The property is bordered to the rear by fields, to the front there is a very nice distant view of the beautiful Saxon Switzerland. In addition to the 66 m² holiday bungalow you will find a garden pavilion with a seating area. There is also a garage on the property. A pool is right in front of the conservatory. It has the dimensions 4.50 m x. 3.00 m at a water depth of approx. 1.60 m. There is plenty of space for two people. The bedroom is equipped with sufficient cupboards and a box spring bed 1.80 mx 2.00 m. A fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and the spacious conservatory make your vacation perfect. In the living room you will find a modern LED TV satellite system as well as a video and DVD recorder, so that you can pass the time with the existing, extensive video and DVD collection when the weather is bad. Internet access is available. A wall box is installed for electric vehicles.
