The flat offers two cosy bedrooms with spacious double beds, a fully equipped bathroom and an open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, two ovens and a large dining table - perfect for convivial cooking evenings. Relax in the spacious garden with palm trees, on the terrace or in the conservatory. A highlight is the whirlpool, which promises pure relaxation. A charcoal barbecue is available on request. The 55’ TV with streaming services and satellite reception provides entertainment, while the bookshelf with over 200 books invites you to browse. The quiet location in a small housing estate, close to the A1 motorway, offers quick access to restaurants and shopping facilities. WLAN, private car parking and bicycle hire complete the offer. Pets and smoking are not permitted. Whether families, couples or business travellers - our holiday flat offers the perfect mix of cosiness, luxury and relaxation.
