We, the Meyer-Helms family, warmly welcome you to the Schmidt-Rottluff Holiday Home in Dangast – your home by the North Sea. Being hosts means much more to us than simply providing accommodation. We want you to arrive, leave everyday worries behind and feel the special charm of Dangast.
It brings us joy when our guests settle by the fireplace after a walk on the beach, laugh together on the terrace or find new energy gazing across the dyke and meadows. That is exactly why we created this house – with attention to detail, modern comfort and a touch of North German serenity.
Our family has been closely connected with Dangast for many years. We know the most beautiful places, paths and stories of this special spot on the Jade Bay and we are happy to share them with you – whether it’s a tip for a cosy restaurant, a recommendation for a mudflat hike, or a visit to the Franz Radziwill House, which reflects the artistic soul of Dangast.
What excites us most about hosting are the encounters. People from all over Germany – and often beyond – spend their holidays here. Every story, every smile and every meeting enriches our lives. Many guests return again and again, knowing that in the Schmidt-Rottluff Holiday Home they are not just visitors, but truly welcome.
We believe that travelling is not only about relaxation but also about inspiration. That’s why we aim to offer not only a comfortable holiday home but also a taste of North German lifestyle. Our greatest wish is that you leave with unforgettable memories, new energy and perhaps even a touch of longing for the North Sea.
We look forward to welcoming you soon in Dangast – warmly, your Meyer-Helms family.
