Das neu erstellte, komfortable Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer Ferienhaussiedlung in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Alfsee Erholungs- und Freizeitgebiet. Es besteht aus 2 Wohnungen (je ca. 55 qm) die Schlafgelegenheiten für insgesamt 9 bis 10 Personen bieten. Im Erdgeschoss ist die Wohnung barrierefrei und verfügt 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (180 x200) und eine große ausziehbare Couch (160x200) im Wohnzimmer, komplett eingerichtete und ausgestattete Küche, Bad mit begehbarer Dusche, Terrasse und Garten mit Gartenmöbel. Unterstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder im Gartenhaus. Alle Zimmer sind mit TV. Handtücher und Bettwäsche (155x220) sind vorhanden. Die zweite Wohnung im Obergeschoss ist über das Treppenhaus zu erreichen und verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer. Ein Schlafzimmer ist mit Doppelbett (180x200) und das andere verfügt über ein Einzelbett (90x200) mit einem ausziehbarem Bett (90x200) top für Kids. Eine große ausziehbare Couch (160x200) im Wohnzimmer, komplett eingerichtete und ausgestattete Küche, Bad mit begehbarer Dusche, Terrasse am Gartenhaus. Garten mit Gartenmöbel. Willkommen im Erholungsgebiet am Alfsee! Unsere komfortablen Wohnungen bieten die ideale Grundlage für entspannte Tage/Ferien. Tolle Freizeitmöglichkeiten gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe aber auch tolle Rundtouren für alle die gerne Radeln findet man hier. Das angrenzende Artland aber auch das südoldenburger und das osnabrücker Land bieten eine reizvolle Umgebung. Wir freuen uns auf Ihren Besuch!
Fußläufig sind in 5 bis 10 Minuten die Bullermeck-Spielscheune, Wasserski-Bahn, Kartbahn, Wellness- und Saunalandschaft, die Veranstaltungs-Piazza und vieles mehr, erreichbar. Das Ferienhaus ist ebenso ein idealer Standort für alle, die Fahrradtouren lieben. Ein großer Garten, eine Terrasse und ein Gartenhaus bieten die ideale Umgebung für Erholung und Entspannung pur. Eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist in ca. 2 km Entfernung.
