Quietly located vacation home in sunny location on the outskirts of the village, about 7 minutes by bike to the swimming lake. The house consists of: 1 bedroom with 2 beds and if necessary extra bed. 1 children's room with 2 beds, if necessary extra bed and play corner. 1 lounge, cinema room and if needed with 2 beds. 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. 1 additional WC. 1 kitchen with dining area. 1 living room. Available are : washing machine, dishwasher, beamer, terrace, veranda, balcony, lawn directly at the cottage in the garden, barbecue facilities, baby crib, high chair, playground and shopping facilities on site, about 7 minutes by bike to the swimming lake. Parking space for 2 cars. We have a short-term surcharge 1-6 nights 65,00 EUR flat rate.
Ideally suited for recreation in quiet surroundings, but also for summer activities and excursions an optimal starting point ,lawn for sunbathing in the garden of the cottage, barbecue facilities in the garden of the cottage, only 7 minutes (3 km) by bike to the swimming lake (Waginger/Tachinger See), only 30 km to Lake Chiemsee. Ideal as a starting point for skiing or other winter activities, but also ideal for excursions in the surrounding area, 30 km to the ski area Hochfelln, 53 km to the ski area Steinplatte, 61 km to the ski area Heutal, 111 km to the ski area Flachau, 23 km to Burghausen, 33 km to Ruhpolding, ski areas for children, indoor wave pool, etc., 37 km to Salzburg, 90 km to the Erdinger Therme.
