Das Ferienhäusle Sommerach ist ein freistehendes und gemauertes Gartenhäuschen zur Alleinnutzung. Es gibt keinerlei Bereiche oder Türen etc. die mit anderen Gästen gemeinsam genutzt werden müssen. Es ist 30 qm groß. Das 1-Raum-Appartment ist geeignet für 1-2 Personen und wird von April bis Oktober vermietet. Es steht Ihnen ein gemütliches Doppelbett (Liegefläche 180/200 cm mit hochwertigem Topper) zur Verfügung. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Ofen, Herd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine. Das kleine Bad verfügt über Dusche/WC, Fön, Kosmetikspiegel und Kosmetiktücher. Im Außenbereich wartet auf Sie ein Freisitz mit Gartenmobiliar.

Mit dem Ferienhäusle Sommerach erwartet Sie ein freistehendes und gemauertes Gartenhäuschen mit eigenem Eingang in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse in Sommerach. Sommerach liegt auf der Weininsel, wunderschön eingebettet in Weinberge und dem Main. Der Mainradweg läuft direkt durch Sommerach. Verschiedene Fähren bringen Sie von der einen Mainseite zur anderen. In der einen Richtung sind Sie zu Fuß in 2 Minuten in der Dorfmitte, in der anderen Richtung, in ebenso kurzer Zeit, in den Weinbergen. Alles ist ebenerdig, das Häuschen ist geeignet für 1 oder 2 Personen. Ein Bäcker mit Coffee ToGo ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt Parkplätze finden Sie direkt an der Strasse, 100 m entfernt ist auch ein kleiner, öffentlicher Parkplatz. Für Fahrräder gibt es einen Unterstellplatz.
