Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Kochplatten zum Kochen, sowie Töpfe und Pfannen. Zu der Wohung gehört ein Bad mit Dusche und Waschbecken, WC und Haartrockner. Von Ihrem Urlaubsdomizil erreichen Sie in Kürze (10 km) das Ostseebad Warnemünde mit seinem "Alten Strom", dem unvergleichbaren Flair und dem herrlich breiten weißen Sand-Strand. Nach nur 7 km haben Sie das Zentrum der Hansestadt Rostock erreicht und den Yachthafen mit seinen zahlreichen Anlieger Booten. Aber auch die Marienkirche, die Universität oder die historische Altstadt von Rostock sind einen Besuch wert. In 12 km kann man das Kloster Doberaner Münster in Bad Doberan an sehen. Ein besonderes Erlebnis ist es, von dort eine Fahrt mit dem "Molli", einer historischen Schmalspurbahn, in das älteste Seebad Deutschland "Heiligendamm" und weiter in das Seebad "Kühlungsborn" zu unternehmen. Auch ein großes Freitzeitbad gibt es in Wismar, ca 60 km entfernt, für den Schwimmspaß bei schlechtem Wetter oder ausserhalb der Badesaison. Aussenbereich: Parkplatz, Grillmöglichkeit
