Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt sehr ruhig, am Rande von Seesen, in einem Neubaugebiet, am Ende einer Spielstraße, ganz oben auf dem Sonnenberg. Am Fuße des Sonnenbergs befindet sich die Sehusa-Therme mit Riesenrutsche, Sandstrand, Saunalandschaft und Minigolf. Unsere Ferienwohung ist ideal für Menschen, die einfach mal zur Ruhe kommen möchten. Also für für Gäste, die die Stille und Zurückgezogenheit schätzen – ob allein oder zu zweit. Aber auch kleine Familien sind willkommen. Bei uns urlauben Sie besonders dann günstig, wenn Sie mindestens eine Woche bleiben. Das Haus in dem sich die Wohnung befindet, wurde 2006 erbaut. Die Wohnung verfügt über Fußbodenheizung und Kaminofen. Der Sonnenberg ist ein Südhang, so dass Sie den ganzen Tag die Sonne aus Osten, Süden und Westen genießen können.
Die Feldwege hinter dem Haus bieten Möglichkeit für Joggen, Walken, Spazierengehen, direkt von der Ferienwohnung aus. Trotz der ruhen Lage, sind Sie zentral zu - Bahnhof (2 km) - Autobahnauffahrt (4 km) - Sehusatherme mit Riesenrutsche, Strand, Minigolf und Saunalandschaft (1 km), - Einkaufszentren (Netto, Edeka, Kik, 2 km) - Harzrand mit Hübichenstein, Weltenwald (12 km), - Innerste-Talsperre (Baden, Treetbot, 15 km)
