Property information

Your luxurious vacation apartments are part of an apartment complex consisting of two houses located directly next to the Heringsdorf Nature Park and Adventure Forest. The approx. 95 sqm and the approx. 50 sqm large, high-quality furnished vacation apartments are located on the upper floor of the rear house facing the forest. The special charm of the property results from the combination of the quiet location on the one hand and the close proximity to the village center and the beach (1,200 meters as the crow flies) on the other. The Heringsdorf pier is just a 10-minute walk away. Each apartment has a paved parking space in the immediate vicinity of the house. The apartment with terrace has a modern, fully equipped separate kitchen with dining area, a spacious bathroom with double washbasin, walk-in shower and washing machine. The open sleeping area, which is visually separated from the living area, has a double bed and a spacious built-in wardrobe as well as a seating area with two armchairs. Thanks to a swivel bracket, you can watch TV from the bed in the sleeping area as well as from the couch in the living area. The apartment with balcony can be reached via an external staircase and the south-facing balcony. Next to the comfortably furnished living room there is a wellness bathroom (with bathtub and shower) and a sauna room (for a fee). The two bedrooms with double bed also have a balcony. The fully equipped kitchen has a fitted kitchen with cherry wood paneling and a stylish dining table
