Welcome to the Ferienwohnung Buchwald!
Our new apartment with 115 m2 is beautifully located in Übersee am Chiemsee between the cities of Munich and Salzburg, surrounded by the Chiemgau Alps and bordering the amazing Chiemsee.
Übersee not only offers beautiful nature that invites you to linger and explore, but also a good infrastructure. You can comfortably travel by car via the A8 or take the train.
Our house is located just one kilometer from the center, where you can find everything you need. The train station is less than two kilometers away.
If you want to visit the lake, you can either cycle the five kilometers or park your car in our free own parking lot.
Our house is quietly located at the end of a dead end and offers you a first floor apartment with a beautiful sun terrace for your breakfast.
Of course you can park your car free of charge in front of our house and also leave your bikes there. If you would like to hire one, there is a bike rental just a few hundred meters away from here.
You will also find bus stops about the same distance away.
We live right next to the sports ground in Übersee. The soccer pitch, tennis courts and dirt park are all within walking
