Our newly furnished vacation apartment is located in the idyllic Knesing near Chieming. Surrounded by numerous fruit trees, meadows and forests lies our house, newly built in 2017. The vacation apartment is located on the 2nd floor and offers a view from the existing west balcony over forests and meadows to the Kampenwand. The 60sqm apartment has an open kitchen-living room with living/dining area, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, balcony with mountain view and small dining area. In the entrance area of the staircase you have the possibility to safely park your bicycles if necessary. A parking space in front of the house is of course included.
Grias eich!We, Matthias and Katja Kaindl with our children, are very happy to welcome our guests and would like you to also feel comfortable in our beautiful home and enjoy your vacation. In our house is next to the vacation apartment on the 2nd floor another apartment. The first floor and 1st floor is occupied by ourselves. We are looking forward to you, see you soon!
Thanks to the central location, our vacation apartment is suitable for hiking, cycling and for swimming excursions in summer as well as for skiing in winter. The picturesque Chiemsee Ostufer in Chieming with its promenade is only a few minutes away by car. If you want to improve your handicap, the golf club Chieming is only 500m away. The Alz-Bad in Truchtlaching with bathing possibilities and raft/tubing trips can be reached in 4km. Or you can explore our local mountains and lakes by bike and enjoy the beautiful landscape. For culinary highlights of your stay, there are countless recommendable restaurants in the surrounding area. Larger shopping facilities, restaurants, cultural events, cafes, ice cream parlors and much more are offered to you by the nearest towns such as Traunreut 5km and Traunstein 10km. Salzburg with its many beautiful small old town alleys is 40km away. The national park Berchtesgaden and the Königssee are 48km away. Our Bavarian capital Munich you can reach in 100km.The nearest highway access A8 is in Grabenstätt 12km away.
