A comfortable, bright and spacious apartment awaits you on the 1st floor of a well-kept detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac location with a separate entrance. The apartment offers 2 separate bedrooms. One with a double bed and the other with a single bed. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, 4-zone ceramic hob with oven, fridge, microwave etc. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bathtub, hairdryer, make-up mirror and WC. Plenty of storage space is available. Süderholm is located in the nature reserve (Süderholmer Moor). The North Sea can be reached in 20 minutes by car (approx. 15 km).
