Property information
The apartment on Geschwister-Scholl-Straße is located not far from Elster and the train station. The house itself is occupied by three permanent tenants, plus a vacation apartment. My team and I renovated the apartment in 2023/24 and furnished it as beautifully as possible with functionality in mind. Its strengths include the pleated blackout blinds in the bedrooms, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, separate toilet and bathroom, and a table and chairs in the courtyard for your use.
Parking is on the street in front of the house; there are always plenty of spaces after work. It only gets crowded during the day when the staff from the nursing home across the street are there.
