The 100 m² holiday apartment in a traditional half-timbered house in Durbach, Baden-Württemberg, accommodates up to 4 guests (ideally a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children). It features 2 bedrooms with a box-spring bed and a sofa bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower. The private, well-equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machines, milk frother, kettle, and toaster. The kitchen counter seats 4 people. During your stay, you have access to private Wi-Fi, a high chair, a workspace, a private sauna, a washing machine, and a cozy living room with a tiled stove and smart TV. Enjoy the special hillside location, surrounded by trees and rocks. The property offers a small, registered biotope, creating a unique atmosphere between vineyards and houses. A communal parking space is located directly in front of the house, and there is also a garage for bicycle storage. Events are not permitted on the property. You can start mountain bike tours directly from the house, and the Durbach hiking trail is only a few steps away. The Heimbach bus stop is within a few minutes’ walk, and the town center with shopping facilities is 500 meters away. Swimming pool and mini-golf course are reachable in 5 minutes on foot.
