    “Wohnung wie beschrieben, 5 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, Küche, Balkon, Größe optimal für uns 6 Erwachsene. Sehr freundlicher Empfang mit kurzer Einweisung. Haus ist ruhig gelegen in einem Wohnviertel, super war auch der private Parkplatz.”

Im Jahr 1996 erwarb ich dieses ehemalige Zechenhaus anno 1898 in unrenoviertem Zustand. Mit viel Engagement und Liebe zum Detail sanierte ich das Gebäude in einem Zeitraum von 10 Jahren. Im Rahmen der Fußballweltmeisterschaft 2006 gründete ich mein Beherbergungsunternehmen, um Fans aus aller Welt als Gäste begrüßen zu können.

"Großzügig und modern. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Obergeschoss und hat neben einer sehr geräumigen Küche mit Balkonzugang, ein modernes Duschbad sowie ein luxoriöses Wannenbad mit zusätzlichem Bidet. Beide Bäder verfügen über ein Urinal. Jedes Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit Sateliten TV und LAN Steckdose. Weiterhin steht den Gästen im ganzen Haus kostenloses WLAN zur verfügung. Neben einem großen Parkplatz gibt es eine abschließbare Blockhütte für Fahrräder oder bei Bedarf auch für einen Kinderwagen." BITTE BEACHTEN: Für Buchungen mit weniger als 8 Personen besteht kein Anspruch auf Zugang zu allen Schlafräumen. Im Regelfall erfolgt die Zimmerbelegung anhand der Anzahl der Gäste. Bei Belegung mit bis zu 4 Personen steht nur ein Bad zur Verfügung. Hiervon abweichend sind Aufenthalte von mehr als 7 Nächten.

Neighbourhood information

Mein Haus befindet sich am südlichen Rand von Lünen-Mitte (Fußgängerzone ca. 1,5 km) nur wenige Meter vom Datteln-Hamm-Kanal entfernt. Von hier aus kann man z.B. mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln die Industriedenkmäler des Ruhrgebiets oder mit dem (eigenen) Fahrrad das Münsterland erkunden. Für Anregungen stehe ich gerne zur Verfügung.
