We are passionate travellers ourselfs and what we enjoy the most is the hospitality of people we met all around the world. But giving hospitality and being revarded by the joy of our guests is a even greater experience.

Property information

Caution, unfortunately not suitable for people with walking difficulties, as the house is situated on a slope and can only be reached by stairs. The apartments are located in a beautiful, sunny historic villa just a few minutes' walk from the castle and the old town. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and the large garden. The apartment on the first floor boasts high ceilings with stucco and a large bathroom with a spa bath. The apartment on the upper floor boasts modern furnishings and a bathtub in one of the bedrooms. The apartment was also completely renovated and refurnished in February 2024. Both apartments have fully equipped kitchens, which are ideal for preparing meals together. Thanks to the central location, it is easy to spontaneously take advantage of the many entertainment options in Kulmbach's old town on foot or to set off directly on hikes and bike tours. A hiking trail runs through the forest behind the house and leads directly to Plassenburg Castle. This also takes you directly to the Main hiking trail, which leads from the source of the Main on the Ochsenkopf in the Fichtelgebirge to the mouth of the Main in Mainz. The accommodation is therefore also an ideal stopover for longer hiking and cycling tours. Bikes can be stored in the lockable garden shed.
