Welcome to our lovingly renovated and furnished attic apartment in a very central location in Iphofen, one of the most beautiful wine towns in Franconia at the foot of the Schwanberg! This cozy accommodation offers the ideal retreat for short or long breaks. Shops, cafes and restaurants as well as the train station, bus stop and the Knauf company are all within easy walking distance. You also have your own parking space directly in front of the apartment. The attic apartment combines living and sleeping areas in an inviting, open-plan design: Living and sleeping areas: Comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a comfortable sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), perfect for relaxing after a day in the vineyards. There is also a work area with a desk and a dining area with a table and 4 chairs. Kitchen: A small seating area for 2 people and is fully equipped with a refrigerator (including freezer compartment), sink, ceramic hob, small oven, 2 coffee machines (filter and coffee pods), dishes, cutlery, egg cooker, kettle, toaster, pots and pans. Bathroom 1: Toilet, sink, and mirror Bathroom 2: Shower Balcony: Seating area for 4 people, fully covered and overlooking the garden.
