The neighbors are friendly. The nearest shopping center is about a 9-minute walk away. The city center is about a 4-minute drive away. The apartment is fully equipped with underfloor heating. Refreshing walks can be enjoyed on hiking trails in the adjacent forest. Several playgrounds are nearby. Our newly built designer apartment not only offers you high-quality comfort and free parking, but also follows a sustainable principle: the self-care model.
