Gästehaus Angerer welcomes visitors with a traditional, Bavarian-style exterior and rooms with fine wooden furnishings. All feature a TV, safe and balcony, decorated with colourful flowers. A freshly prepared buffet breakfast is served each morning in the bright, country-style breakfast room. The elegant Porto Bello restaurant offers typical Bavarian and Italian dishes. In a central, yet quiet location, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the surrounding mountain panorama of the Alps. Ideal for guests who like to leave their car behind on holiday is the immediate vicinity of hiking trails, cross-country skiing tracks and the bus stop. The outdoor swimming pool is only a 5-minute walk away. The rooms are all rustically furnished and equipped with flat-screen TV, telephone, radio and safe. Each room has shower/WC, balcony and W-LAN. In our cosy breakfast room you can indulge in the varied breakfast buffet as soon as you get up. Our sun terrace and sunbathing lawn in front of the house invites you to relax and is often used as a lounge area for a coffee or refreshment break. Our wellness area has a Finnish sauna, an infrared cabin and a solarium and offers you a relaxing opportunity to unwind after an active day on holiday. In the relaxation room you can rest for an hour in one of the comfortable deckchairs between sauna sessions. When the weather is nice, the terrace and the spacious garden invite you to relax. Reit im Winkl climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the title "climatic health resort" is awarded to "places whose air and climate, according to an expert opinion, have properties that are conducive to recreation and health. Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. For one thing, the altitude ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district.
