You will find our well-kept, centrally located house on the B 305 on a hill on the edge of the forest between Berchtesgaden and Ramsau with comfortable car access and large parking area. Enjoy your holiday in a cosy, friendly atmosphere and the unique view of Kehlstein with Kehlsteinhaus, Hoher Göll, Hohes Brett, Jenner, Grünstein, Watzmann and Hochkalter. Feel at home in lovingly furnished, spacious rooms or in our tastefully furnished holiday apartment and relax on the covered outdoor sitting area. In a few minutes by car you can reach our skiing areas, cross-country skiing trails, toboggan runs, excursion destinations, hiking areas, brine and thermal indoor pools and spa facilities. Hiking trails in various directions start directly at the house and offer ideal conditions for a hiking holiday in the Berchtesgadener Land. The festival, congress and trade fair city of Salzburg and the spa town of Bad Reichenhall are only 20 km away. The bus stop is a 10-minute walk away. Free bus ride with your spa card!
