The house is an old building from 1926. The house is built of solid construction and is entered via a small staircase. The guest area is in the basement and offers direct access to the garden. The 50m long and attractively landscaped garden is ideal for spending time outside. Here you will find a comfortable covered seating area with barbecue facilities. including refrigerator and fireplace. The bathroom in the basement is exclusively for your use. The kitchen and entrance area are used by the host as a common area. You also have the opportunity to eat in the garden (depending on the weather) and thus minimize your contacts. If desired, the door can be opened contactlessly via the app.
