Our spacious holiday apartment, approximately 100 m² in size, is located in a quiet, rural setting in a separate annex of our home in Büchlberg, in the heart of the Bavarian Forest. It offers space for up to six guests and is ideal for families, couples, or friends seeking peace, nature, and relaxation. The apartment features three bedrooms: a cozy master bedroom with a double bed, a lovingly decorated children's room with a bunk bed, and an additional bedroom/retreat in the basement – perfect as a quiet hideaway or for accompanying teenagers. The open-plan living and dining area invites you to relax, and the fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy sunny moments on the terrace with barbecue facilities, or unwind on the balcony with a stunning view of the surrounding greenery. Hiking and cycling trails start right at the doorstep, leading you into the beautiful natural landscape. The charming city of Passau, known as the "City of Three Rivers," is just a 20-minute drive away and offers plenty of opportunities for day trips. We look forward to welcoming you!
