The apartments are located directly in the center of Lüneburg, in an old townhouse from 1985 and in a building in the backyard of the townhouse. The townhouse has a cozy apartment on the ground level (the "Apartment") and a charming apartment for 4 persons with 2 bedrooms on the upper floor and the attic floor (the "2-bedroom Apartment"). These apartment have a living room area, the kitchen has a dishwasher and there is cable TV. The apartment on the upper level of the backyard house ("1-bedroom apartment") has an exclusive balcony to sit outside and a kitchen with dining area. The sleeping room has a cable-TV and a small sofa. The apartment on the ground level of the backyard house ("Apartment Groundfloor") has a small kitchen, eating and living room area with cable TV and a terrace to sit outside in the backyard. We are a family, who lives in and loves Lüneburg. With the opening of Stadtflucht Lüneburg we were able to fulfill one of our dreams, to provide guests with beautiful and cozy apartments in the hear of Lüneburg. We do not live in our townhouse, but we live near by. We speak German and English and will be happy to help you with any tips and recommendations about your visit of this beautiful historic town. We have renovated the townhouse just in 2017 and 2018. We put a lot of passion and love into these new apartments. We hope that you experience and love these as much as we do.

The street Wallstraße is located directly in Lüneburg's town center. From here it is just some steps until you can easily reach the pedestrian and shopping area. Also the historic parts of the town, the theater, the salt museum and the wellness and the thermal bath SaLü are just short walks away and literally around the corner. The next grocery store (Edeka) is also just a short 5 minutes walk away, it's located in the former salt factory. There are additional grocery stores and bakeries at the historic square Am Sande (5 mins walk) On Wednesday and Saturday morning, there is a well-known farmer's market at the market square in front of the historic town hall (7 mins walk). Lüneburg is a very vivid place with a lots of nice restaurants and pubs. Just around the corner, the popular Italian pizzeria L'Osteria was just opened in 2017. There are more individual restaurants and bars in the new "in-street" (that's how the local press called Rackerstraße). In addition, the Schröderstraße offers many more nice restaurants (from a Sushi place to a Greek restaurant). There are many more nice restaurants, cafes in down town Lüneburg.
