Welcome to a beautiful bright ground floor apartment, recently refurbished. The apartment is located near the center and yet located in a quiet place near the Rur. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 3 persons (for 3th.pers.. Guest bed will be provided) and possibly for a child under 2 years (extra bed is provided). The apartment consists of a kitchen and separate bedroom with double bed, and a modern bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment has a separate entrance.
Within 5 min. driving all shops are in the center reachable. Approximately 3 minutes walk away is Lidl. 3 minutes walk away is hiking / bike path, which goes along the Rur. 1 minute by car, the Lumen Cinema is reachable. In 15 footpath is also the train station. From there you can reach Aachen and Cologne within 25 minutes. As well as the triangle countries, such as Belgium, Netherlands can be reached within 25-30min. The Eifel can be reached by car within 25-30min
