I am a passionated traveler and sportsman. After 10 years as an engineer in the automotive industry, I figured out that welcoming people from other places can be a great complement to being a guest by myself during my travels around the world. Now I run a few Airbnb Apartments and rooms in Germany Croatia and Italy and enjoy the advantages of being half of a digital nomad.

Property information

1 private room in a shared house for holidays, working trips and stop overs in Munich (free public parking available). The room offers one King size bed and 3 additional separated sleeping places (bed couch and bunk bed). There also is direct access to the garden. The house is located in a quiet area near Munich center (10-30 Mins by bus to the center) & the highway A8. Furthermore the accommodation offers high speed WiFi, Netflix, 1 shared kitchen, 1,5 shared bathrooms and a laundry room. The busstop is 150m, Ostbahnhof is 10mins, Hauptbahnhof is 25 mins and Messestadt Ost is 30 mins away. Restaurants & supermarkets are in walking distance.

Neighbourhood information

My house is well located near to public transportation bringing you quickly into the city center or to the main convention area. It is a quite and save area with some nice restaurants, breakfast bakerys, fast food, a good supermarket and a pharmacy in walking distance. The highways A8 is reachable in 5 mins, so it is the perfect location to make a stop on your way from or to the alps, Austria or Italy.
