You will find an open-plan living and sleeping area with a large double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm, seamlessly flowing into a separate fully-equipped kitchen with dining area. The studio includes WiFi suitable for video calls, a swiveling smart TV viewable from both the bed and pullout couch with spring core, fan, video on demand, and a dedicated workspace. Beach towels are provided for your convenience. Step outside to your private south-facing balcony where you can enjoy beautiful views and relax in the peaceful surroundings. The shared garden on the spacious property offers additional outdoor space for unwinding. Shared parking at the property and shared bike storage are available for your use. The interior features step-free access, and public transportation is easily accessible. You will find a large wardrobe with storage compartments, clothing rod, hangers, and a large mirror with electrical outlet. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, toilet, and hair dryer. A small storage room houses cleaning supplies and can accommodate your luggage. All windows feature pleated blinds, and most have fly screens.
