The view over the roofs of Ippesheim into the wine paradise Franconia. You have a wonderful sun rise on the terrace and a wonderful sunset. The large canopy provides enough shade. If it gets too hot you can use an awning. You can park right in front of the door. The house is completely new and built without chemicals. The indoor climate in Glücks Homes is unique.
Before arrival you will receive a code for the key safe, which is located directly in front of the front door. So you can arrive without stress and hectic. I am happy to answer any questions or suggestions you may have. Contact me by email, phone, SMS or whatsapp
There are numerous excursions around Ippesheim in beautiful Middle Franconia: - Hike to the wine paradise barn with snacks and local wines is always very popular - A great destination is the Kunigunden chapel, a church ruin or the Bullenheim lookout tower. From there you have a wonderful all-round view of the Steigerwald. - Hiking to and on the surrounding mountains eg Frankenberg, Hoher Landsberg with ruins, Bullenheimer Berg, Tannenberg with summit cross, or Scheinberg, which is the highest mountain in the Steigerwald. - Numerous hedgerows invite you to linger. - Rothenburg ob der Tauber is an international attraction - climbing forest Rothenburg ob der Tauber - Therme Bad Windsheim with salt lake - Mini golf courses and outdoor pools are within a 10 km radius - Steigerwald tree top path near Ebrach (45 km)
