Family-run GoldGemäuer Appartements is a historic blacksmith's premises located in the heart of the Old Town of Ochsenfurt. Dear future / loyal guests, In 2012, I discovered the smithy and immediately fell in love with the historic gem. We are very proud that the building has been completely preserved in its original form with the beautiful stone walls. Hence the name: Gold for the family and Gemäuer for the historic walls = GoldGemäuer. I have spent a lot of time on the furnishing and decoration of the apartments with historical details and antique furniture but of course as well modern equipment for the comfort of our guests. Decorating and furnishing has always been one of my favorite hobbies. My husband is responsible for the technology and IT for the setup and maintenance of our W-Lan. We are very happy to welcome guests from different countries. The exchange is a lot of fun. See you soon in the GoldGemäuer Family Gold

OUR PHILOSOPHY: You rent more than an apartment from us! Enjoy the charm of a historic building, discover findings from the past and special places such as our sun terrace, the courtyard and the forge hall. Our guests design their holiday according to their own needs. This starts with the flexible arrival time between 15:00 and 22:00. You check in yourself. Each apartment has its own parking space. BREAKFAST WHEN YOU WANT: Our apartments have fully equipped kitchens. In our hall you will find all the necessary breakfast products such as milk, butter, yogurt, jams, honey, cereals, sausage, cheese, apples, coffee, tea, orange juice (prices as per list) in regional / bio quality. We will give you bread coupons for the organic bakery 2 minutes away. Or have breakfast in the old town of Ochsenfurt (2-5 minutes by foot) In the hall of course you will also find tasty Fraconian wines and Ochsenfurter beer (according to the price list). GOOD TO KNOW: Our beautiful apartments are located on the 1st to 3rd floors of the historic building. We have a secure bicycle shelter in our courtyard.

Neighbourhood information

Our historic accommodation is located in the traffic-calmed old town of Ochsenfurt. Due to the central location inns, attractions and shops, hiking and biking trails and the river Main are right outside the door. The trainstation is only 10 minutes away by foot. On our event calendar under goldgemaeuer de you will find a variety of interesting events such as wine festivals, concerts, markets, Christmas markets, etc.
