Our beautiful 1-room apartment is located in a quiet location close to nature. From your own balcony you have a view of the surrounding mountain landscape. A parking space in front of the house belongs to the vacation apartment. Smoking in the building is prohibited. Parking: A parking space for one vehicle can be shared for the duration of the stay.Nature:A special highlight is located in the immediate vicinity: The moor nature reserve "Kendlmühlfilze". On a paved hiking trail you get a unique insight into the largest high moor area in the southeast Bavarian region.TransportationOnly about 3 minutes away by car is the beautiful bathing lake, surrounded by the Chiemgau mountains. Distance to the freeway accesses of the A8, 8 km (Bernau am Chiemsee) or 10 km (Grabenstätt). A bus stop is located at a distance of 500 meters.pets on request !
