"Welcome to our stylish penthouse in the Planetenviertel, Pulheim, just a short walk from the train station. Our spacious 75-square-meter apartment features three rooms and can accommodate up to seven people, perfect for families, groups, or business travelers. The bedroom is equipped with an XXL bed (180x200) and a wardrobe. The additional room is furnished with two beds (90x200 each), which can be transformed into a total of 4 beds with an underbed. The sofa in the living room is 2.40 meters long and can provide sleeping space for one person upon request. Enjoy the view from our spacious terrace, perfect for outdoor gatherings. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a cozy living room with a television. For added comfort, we have also installed air conditioning. The location couldn't be better. You're just a stone's throw away from the nearest bus stop, and the train station is only a five-minute walk away. Shopping options are also close by, with a Penny supermarket just 150 meters away. The area offers plenty of leisure activities, including a nearby park and playgrounds. The charming town of Pulheim is a 10-15 minute walk away and invites exploration with its cafes and shops."
