Die neuwertig (Baujahr 2021) und helle souterrain Ferienwohnung mit ca. 35qm umfasst eine vollausgestattete Küche (Geschirrspülmaschine, Herd, Ofen, Kaffeevollautomat, Kühl-gefrierkombi), offener Wohn- und Schlafbereich und Duschbad.
Das Vollholzbett ist 140x200.
Der schöne Garten grenzt an einem Bach. Die herrliche Gartenterasse (Holzpodest) mit Blick ins Grüne läd zum entspannen und verweilen direkt am Bach ein.
5 Gehminuten zum Wörthsee. Direkt unten mit Badewiese, Kinderspielplatz und Kiosk mit leckeren Gerichten und Getränken (ganzjährig offen).
5 Gehminuten zur Sbahn die nach München (in ca. 30 min) oder auch Herrsching fährt.
Tolle Umgebung im 5 -Seenland mit umfangreichen Freizeitangebot von Sport über Kulturmöglichkeiten
