    Die Lage der Fereinwohnung ist super. Man ist schnell zu Fuß in der Innenstadt von Unna. Es gehört auch eine Garage zu der Wohnung. leider für mein Auto zu klein. Aber ein kleines Auto dürfte ohnen Probleme in der Garage parken können.

I founded my company at the end of 2024. I am now running my first property and am passionate about giving my guests a relaxed and smooth stay. With my company, I represent values such as comfort, reliability and hygiene. I am young and would like to enable myself to be self-employed. Property information

Welcome to your temporary home. Your stay begins in a relaxed manner as soon as you arrive: your car is safely parked in the in-house garage, so you don't have to worry about finding a parking space. Check-in is keyless and flexible for you. When you enter the holiday apartment, you are greeted by a small cloakroom in the entrance area to put your jackets and shoes before you take the stairs to the actual apartment. When you get to the top, you will find a bright, charming apartment that offers plenty of space for relaxation at 68 m². The heart of the apartment is the bedroom with a spacious box spring bed (180 cm x 200 cm) - perfect for restful nights. Right next to it, a small workstation invites you to plan your day with a cup of coffee or write a final email. The living room is the ideal place to put your feet up after an eventful day. The comfortable sofa bed (170 cm x 200 cm lying surface) not only offers an additional sleeping option, but also transforms the room into a cozy retreat - whether for a good book or a relaxing movie night. While having breakfast in front of the large window in the dining area, you can look out over the surroundings. The morning sun bathes the room in warm light, while the scent of fresh coffee wafts from the fully equipped kitchen. Here you can cook to your heart's content - whether a hearty dinner or a little snack in between. Another highlight is the bright bathroom with a large window. After a long day, you can relax and recharge your batteries in the bathtub with integrated shower. Feel at home and enjoy your stay.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located in a quiet but central location of Unna. The apartment is within walking distance to the city center and everything necessary for everyday life is in the immediate vicinity (e.g. pharmacy and supermarket). The location is very well connected to transport. The highway is only a few minutes away from the apartment, a bus stop is right outside the door and the train station is also not far away. In addition, Unna is located directly on Dortmund and thus offers an attractive distance to the airport (10min./car) as well as to the Westfalenhalle, the exhibition grounds and the Signal Iduna Park (all can be reached in less than 20 minutes by car).

The fine print

Need-to-know information for guests at this property

1. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m., check-out is no later than 10:00 a.m. Earlier or later check-out is possible for a fee and upon request and subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or who delay our cleanings are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.

2. Smoking, parties and excessive noise are not permitted, even on balconies or in common areas (e.g. hallways). Violations of the smoking ban will incur a fee of 250€ plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repair.

3. Commercial photography/videography without written permission as well as illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

4. Guests whose number exceeds that stated in the reservation are not permitted. We will charge €50 per night of the reservation for any unauthorized guest.

5. Pets are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with service animals are asked to contact us prior to their stay.

6. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls or parking permits.

7. Noise level measuring systems may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive noise levels.

8. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service department.

9. For bookings of 30 days or more, a mandatory cleaning takes place every two weeks. This will be charged additionally and is based on the number of guests. If you have any questions, you can contact me at any time.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
