The holiday apartment was newly furnished in May 2019 and is located in Lindau, in the Reutin district. Nevertheless, you are only a few minutes away from Lindau Island. On approximately 50 sqm of living space, up to three people can enjoy a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The apartment is non-smoking and combines the kitchen, dining room, and living room into a spacious area, allowing you to enjoy activities together. There is one bedroom, one bathroom, and a separate toilet. All rooms are modern and furnished to a high standard. The living room offers a large, comfortable sofa with seating and sleeping options for one person. A flat-screen TV with cable reception provides pleasant entertainment. The dining room is equipped with a large dining table and chairs. The modern and generously equipped kitchen provides dishes, pots, and everything you need for cooking. The electric stove with ceramic hob and oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, and toaster are all high-quality appliances. All rooms have underfloor heating. The apartment also offers a garden with a terrace, perfect for sunbathing. Comfortable garden furniture ensures a pleasant stay outdoors.
