Property information

Exclusive, newly built 75 sqm non-smoking holiday apartment for up to 4 people. In a beautiful scenic location, right next to the forest with a stream. Ideal for children to play. The hiking and cycling trails (Eifelsteig and Ravel Route) are directly accessible from the house. The associated balcony offers a unique view of the meadows, trees and the Gölisbach stream that runs next to the house. The apartment has 2 turret rooms: The upper turret room is one of the two bedrooms and is characterized by its unmistakable panoramic view due to its location at the top of the turret. In the other turret room there is a fully equipped, cozy, new country house kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, stove, coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer compartment. The bathroom has a large window and is modernly equipped with a large shower, toilet and vanity. Right next to it is the second bedroom (double bed). The spacious, open living room has a seating area, a dining area and a floor-to-ceiling panoramic window with exit to the balcony where you can enjoy the afternoon sun. There is also a cozy garden with seating for breakfast or a barbecue. The holiday apartment is a new building that was completed in mid-July 2018. The holiday apartment was newly decorated and furnished with attention to detail.
