Relaxed and cordial :) I originally come from the textile industry and have huge joy in being able to prepare the guests a few beautiful days. I find the opportunity to act as a host here great, because I myself love to travel and have already had many great experiences as a guest. On my travels I always like to learn how to make the stay even more enjoyable for my guests. I love the service idea and another passion I can live out well here - -> the furnishing and decorating. :-) I look forward to your visit....

This flat combines everything a perfect location in Renningen should offer to guarantee you a great short or long stay in Stuttgart: → Comfortable KING SIZE BOX SPRINGBED. → Smart TV with NETFLIX → NESPRESSO COFFEE → a fully equipped kitchen → washing machine/dryer → street parking in front of the flat → walking distance to train station, restaurants & supermarkets

Neighbourhood information

Quietly located, but still very central and everything necessary is only a few minutes walk away is the right description for the location of this flat. The S-Bahn station "Renningen-Süd" is only 3 streets away, the Renningen city centre, which starts in the main street, is only two crossings away and the Bosch development centre can be found on the other side of Renningen. There are a total of 3 fitness studios in Renningen, the nearest of which is about a 15-minute walk away. There is also a wonderful walkway along the stream nearby. In short, the centre and local recreation are very close together. A visit to the homepage ''Stadt Renningen'' is worthwhile.
