On the property is a 1.80 m deep swimming pond. Through the spacious living room you have direct access to the covered terrace with garden furniture and loungers, and in the garden there are several seating areas with beautiful views. A modern bathroom with tub and the two bedrooms are on the same level as the small but efficiently equipped kitchen. An interior staircase leads to a slightly downstairs and separate apartment with the second bathroom, a spacious kitchen with gas stove and a winter garden with seating and sleeping for two people.
