Welcome to Holiday il Macellaio, a centrally located accommodation in a newly renovated setting. It's an ideal starting point for exploring Neustadt and the surrounding area on foot or by bike. The market square is only a 4-minute walk away, and the main train station and the wine harvest festival are only a 6-7-minute walk away. Hikes in the Palatinate Forest can be started directly from the apartment. You can leave your car parked (garage parking available, not included) and enjoy fine Palatinate wine with peace of mind along the way. This quiet, centrally located apartment, away from street noise, is located in the rear building of a charming historic building complex on the second floor and is accessible via the original, restored wooden staircase. No elevator! Awaiting you is a lovingly furnished living/bedroom with a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) on one side and a comfortable sofa, LCD smart TV, and stereo system on the other, as well as a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, separate from the living area, where an original Italian Bialetti is a must. Towels are provided in the shower room (without toilet). There are two separate toilets. ➔ A starter set in the bathrooms and kitchen basics are provided. Free Wi-Fi. ➔ A special highlight for sports enthusiasts is the home gym, which is available at all times. ➔ Gay-friendly ➔ A large, lockable bike storage room on the ground floor ➔ Smokers have also been taken into account: a smoking area with seating has been set up on the covered patio at the apartment's separate entrance. ➔➔ Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM. A little about me: I grew up in Neustadt (so please don't expect standard German, smile), and I've been running Holiday il Macellaio since 2014 (Airbnb since 2014 & Booking since 2017). Among other things, I'm a passionate biker, I enjoy sports and love to travel. I came up with the idea for the vacation rental through a long friendship in Tuscany, where I also learned a lot about the hotel industry.
