Besides a balcony and a terrace, there is also a sauna and a small fitness room. Neighbourhood information

Ammerland is only 800m away from Lake Starnberg and super quiet. In the immediate vicinity is the famous "Cafe Rattlinger", known from the hit series "Huber and/ or Staller". Furthermore, there is a small grocery store in the village, freshly caught fish and fresh game. Also a wonderful beer garden and delicious restaurants are within walking distance. If you like to get out into nature, within a few minutes walk you will find a small forest with a romantic little pond or you can walk to Lake Starnberg, which is only 800m away. In winter, there is a cross-country ski trail 5km away at the Bergkramerhof.
