The spacious, renovated rooms of the Hotel Hieronimi, which dates back 200 years, provide an excellent base for exploring the beautiful Moselle region. The Hieronimi's wine tavern makes an ideal spot for sampling some of the in-house wines from the family's own Fuhrmann-Burg vineyards in Ellenz-Poltersdorf.
