This cozy home is a two-story retro-style house in a very convenient but quiet location with a terrace with sunset views, a large private garden and free WiFi, about 100 TV channels, HDMI cable for connecting your own laptop to the television, free telephone calls to German landlines and a free private parking space on the property. We have a master bedroom that sleeps 2 people ( 2 separate mattresses so can be used for friends), the second bedroom contains a large electric king size single bed (raised for easier access for elderly/sick guests) which can also potentially be used for 2 children and there is a high quality, easy to pull out sofa in the living room that can also accommodate up to 2 people. There are also 2 folding beds available. You will find a fully equipped kitchen with a hatch, a separate dining room with a living room, a guest toilet and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer and clothes lines. Each room has individually regulated heating. Toilets are elevated for ergonomic well-being. To ensure you get started easily, we offer a starter pack (towels, toilet paper, etc.).
The neighbourhood is in a central location, a pleasant street of single homes with many nearby parks. All shops and services, i.e. supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy bank, post office, medical care and other specialty stores etc. can be reached on foot. Tram No. 4 (direct to central railway station and city centre) plus bus and night bus are all only 2 minutes’ walk away. A pleasant walk to city centre through parkland is also possible.
