Property information

Welcome to my idyllically located maisonette apartment, in a quiet residential area at the foot of Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe. The 65m² apartment is equipped with a handmade, 1.60m rustic wooden bed, a sofa bed, a bathroom with tub and a fully equipped kitchen. You will also find a large TV and fast internet. You have your own parking space and can check in yourself at any time. The flat is equipped with a decibel sensor to detect and avoid events and parties.

Neighbourhood information

The Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe with Hercules, Löwenburg and Wilhelmshöhe Castle are only a few minutes away. For children the small animal zoo Rammelsberg is only 200m away. Several different restaurants are within walking distance. The house is located in a quiet residential area on an idyllic stream. A private parking lot is available for you directly in front of the house on the property. The nearest streetcar stop is only 4 minutes walk (or 350m) away. In only 3 minutes by car or 12 minutes by foot you are at the ICE train station Wilhelmshöhe. There is also a rental station for bicycles. E-scooters are available throughout the city.
