Die Wohnung liegt in einem neu renovierten, schönen Gewölbe aus vergangenen Zeiten. Fußbodenheizung und ein Kachelofen sorgen für wohlige Wärme und Gemütlichkeit. Ein zusätzliches "Zimmer im Freien" mit Hollywoodschaukel rundet das Angebot ab. Unser Beitrag zum Umweltschutz: Die Wäsche trocknet, wenn es möglich ist, die Sonne. Den Strom liefert zu mehr als 90 % die PV-Anlage vom Dach.
Bei rechtzeitige Anmeldung kann eine Behandlung in der alt eingesessenen Naturheilpraxis im Haus vereinbart werden.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Viechtach. Die Bäckerei gegenüber versorgt Sie mit frischen, leckeren Backwaren. Weitere Geschäfte sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
